Everyone here is super nice. Easy to become friends with just about anyone here. There is a lot of transparency between the Employees and upper management. Compensation is Very good. Relaxed Environment. Opportunities to work from home/remote.

Cons

No complaints thus far. Will update if I run into one.

Great place to work, and getting even better! Lots of recent investment/improvement in upper management, including new executive hires in the past few years. The company culture is strong and they care about you, with employee appreciation days, holiday parties/lunches, facility improvements (nice kitchen, outdoor patio, etc.) and management support of team based activities/outings. High performance is rewarded/recognized, and opportunities for advancement are available for those who seek them. The benefits are also better than average, and there is a lot of schedule flexibility as long as you get your job done. The work-life balance is great.

Cons

There has been a lot of change in the past few years. While it is change for the better, there are always growing pains that can be stressful in the short term.
