Good Benefits. Health insurance is the best I’ve had anywhere. If you have a good supervisor this job can offer some flexibility as needed. Fulfilling work

Cons

Lower pay compared to non government jobs Leadership obviously changes based on politics Turnover lately has been pretty high The government is slow to change with the times People in DC make decisions that affect the entire country and it can be frustrating implementing in the field. Programs are often pushed through quickly without much thought about the effects they will have on producers or how the program will be implemented. Not much room for growth
