      Good benefits, most folks are good people but some just take you to task for their own gains

      Long hours, unrealistic expectations HR is very poor and unsupportive

      Pros

      Food perks e.g. Free ham and Turkey. Fun work site events. Better company if you are an exempt employee. Good communication with employees unless it pertains to job elimination. Then walked out immediately. Free coffee and popcorn.

      Cons

      Attendance policy for non exempt is terrible, limited time off. Non exempt are given low pay, long hours. Seriously need to ease up on attendance policy.

      Pros

      Four day work week. Pay is decent but the work is hard. Fair benefit package but starting to change a lot of things.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to care if you have the tools to do your job. Company has become very cheap. pThey expect a lot and keep cutting benefits. Company just froze there pension plan but have a small increase to there 401K. High out of pocket Medical and deductibles.
