Pros

People and most people desires to do the right things.

Cons

Once it went private things began to change and then it stopped being about people and all about the bottom line. I understand the bottom line focus but you can't throw out the baby with the bath water.

Deceptive Hiring Practices - Driver - Beware

Pros

Teamster Benefits/Wages. Room for advancement, if you can survive probationary period.

Cons

New Drivers all start P/T. Work hours vary and are scattered. 90 day probation is actually "90 working days" which can be stretched by company for over 6 months depending on how many days you actually work. No benefits or wage increase until after probation is met. Company only values one thing - being cost effective, which means employee's become expendable.

Pros

Everyone is so nice and I have learning a lot about distribution. I can use the skills I have learned where ever I decide to move in my career.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say. As an intern, there are some days where I am not doing too much, but I try to keep myself busy and learn as much as I can.
