      Pros

      Compensation(you earn exactly what you are worth), management, self motivational, technologies, corporate direction, reinvestments in the sales force.

      Cons

      At worst, too much dead weight...too many TMs that are too complacent in their role...I'd love them to step aside, more room for the bell ringers to make it happen.

      Great benefits and respectable pay relative to similar jobs within the industry. No experience is necessary in order to work there

      Cons

      Terrible management, long hours especially for new employees who are sometimes forced to work 6 days a week and it is very physically demanding.
