      Pros

      Great idea to start here and then transfer elsewhere. Other locations aren’t this bad don’t be discouraged.

      Cons

      There is definitely some corruption going on here. Director was kicked out of Atlanta house for being so nasty with co-workers but instead of being fired they brought the little dude here. He has 0 respect for anyone and will scream at anyone who can hear him. HR is aware of this and does nothing, makes me wonder if they are scared of him. There is no work life balance and they will suck up what little you’re able to squeeze out. Save yourself the stroke and work somewhere else.

      Pros

      10 months of shadowing before you get your own route. You are salaried until you can aquire more accounts that exceed your salary before being moved to commission which is great considering some companies will just make throw you into commission without a enough accounts to make a living. Great work/Life balance especially if you have kids. Affordable benefits for yourself or if you have a family. Mileage reimbursement. Cellphone allowance. Company laptop.
