      Pros

      The people make the culture a superpower of the company. It was hard to find someone in the company that wasn't collaborative and genuinely interested in achieving goals together. There were many times that work colleagues felt more like friends.

      Cons

      There are no widely available career pathing options and managers are not thoroughly trained on how to support career growth in their associates. You as the individual really have to spearhead your own career development.
