      Pros

      The pay is good but they work you like a dog to get it.

      Cons

      Management is very untrustworthy. They fill you up with promises and the hopes of advancement and then never give you the chance. I worked in the industry for years even for their competitors prior to my employment with them and I would not recommend US Foods. I would recommend there competitors first. As long as the product gets shipped out on time night mgmt could care less of making employees happy or work flow easier.

      Pros

      Very sales driven Company you truly can manage your territory with all the tools that you are given. Income limitations truly do not exist the company stands behind you and empowers you to earn as much as you wish.

      Cons

      Beginning to become micromanaged a lot like Sysco. However I believe the company is too smart to allow that to happen it is really up to the local management team to decide whether this becomes a burden for an asset.
