Management is awful and they don’t help you succeed.

-Lack of organization when trying to get work done, the floor becomes absolute chaos which makes the job more difficult than necessary -Your desired schedule can be thrown in the trash whenever the company deems it necessary -More than enough hours (Both a pro and a con) -Your job is directly affected by how well someone else does their job. If someone misplaces pallets or certain items, you have to waste your time trying to locate them. -Lack of quality equipment made the job more tedious
