Abusive/Snakes For Managers

Only pros would be discounted purchases and benefits.

Cons

Would allow you to work over legal hours. Management would snake around, micromanage and throw anyone under a bus to save themselves. Fired many employees during the pandemic using “age bingo”. Aged equipment, no support for shuttle sites, and extremely micromanaged. Lack of communication.

- very poor work life balance - tied to your phone 24/7 - impossible to take a day off/ sick day/ pto/ without working - working 6-7 days a week - have yet to get a holiday off
