Pros

This job definitely pays you well. I was there only 2 months and made close to 15000 and that was with two weeks off (due to a prearranged trip before hired).

Cons

If i hadn't negotiated the prearranged trip, I would only have 1 day off per week. They don't let you work Saturdays, but boy oh boy would they make you work it if they could. Typically shifts start around 5 and go until they end, which lately has been til 8 or 9 AM. Garbage place when it comes to actual rest. All the old timers just tough it out, great benefits and money, but horrible to anyone who wants a family or a life or any fun in their life.

Pros

Work from home, competitive benefits

Cons

Work-life balance is non existent, Unrealistic workload, long hours, very little PTO, management is out of touch and non existent, no guidance, lack of performance reviews, poor compensation, poor training, little to no coverage for your accounts while you are out of the office leading to an inability to use your pto, employee wellness is not prioritized. Use out dated systems such as Avaya phones, lots of technical issues, working every weekend,

Pros

You some times have decent team members.

Cons

You will waste your life here. Your honesty, integrity, loyalty and passion are not valued. The employees are treated very well and management is held accountable for employees failing but unable to address employees as needed. New management team every 2 years rather than holding employees accountable. HR is not qualified and will push off issues stating "it is not their job". Definitely not something I have ever heard a membernof HR tell an employee throughout my career. Even corporate HR will tell you your questions are above their level and they will have someone call you which never happens. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am very disappointed for giving so much of my time and energy to make it a great place to work for them to treat people like they do.
