Pros

Colleagues who are dedicated above and beyond the call of duty in order to protect our country from both external and internal threats.

Cons

Through no fault of the Agency nor its career public servants, the overarching negative lies with our elected officials in the past two administrations in not providing a presidentially nominated and US Senate confirmed full-time director.
