Pros

The opportunity to make a great salary is there

Cons

Terrible place to work. You have to leave your spirit at the door. The boss (deputy xhief) is a community narcissist with a cognitive disability that everyone overlooks. He refers to women as cat fighting, demands capitulation and constant praise by others. He has inappropriate relationships with subordinates and creates hostile work environments by perpetuating sex and sexual orientation based jokes. He maintains a click of favorites and insults the rest. Despite having a disability himself, he targets anyone else with a disability. The attorneys are pitted against one another and the staff. He talks and writes to you like he's charging by the word and every bit of it is incoherent dribble lacking leadership, character or competency. They attack union leadership and representation. Once you are in this place, you are stuck. You won't go anywhere. Horrible place.
