Pros

THE EXPERIENCE THERE WILL GET YOU TO ANOTHER AGENCY WHERE YOU CAN ADVANCE IN A CAREER FIELD. IT YOU DO NOT GO IN AS AN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER THERE IS LITTLE IF AN CAREER ADVANCEMENT AND IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A TARGETED DISABILITY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING AS YOU WILL NOT GET HIRED.

Cons

Good old boy system. It is all about who you drink and sleep with.
