Pros

The pay is decent....it's not even close to what regulars make but it's ok. That's really the only pro I have.

Cons

HIGHLY unorganized (the most unorganized company I've ever worked for) rude and unhelpful coworkers, rude customers, they're always doing things for customers that are illegal and against postal regulations, but tell YOU not to do it... (what type of mess is that?) I see why nobody young likes working here. No steady hours which means no steady paycheck. No sick leave no paid holidays no benefits. PSE'S are treated like crap because they figure they can replace us easily. The turnover rate at the post office is HIGH. Looking for a new job as we speak. I hate it.
