Good hourly pay and pays gas mileage When you finish your route, you are done Job Security once you make 90 days

Cons

Will use work you HARD if you are good worker. Work every Saturday and anytime someone calls in. Get no vacation time or retirement. You will begin to hate Amazon and Christmas time.

Cons

You only have one day off to recover from 9-12 hour days every week. You don't have time for anything else but this job. You feel like your just a robot with no life but just to deliver the mail.
