Pros

Good Co-workers and paid to exercise

Cons

Back stabbing management, expected to do 12 hours of work in 7 hours, bad communication from top to bottom, a bully/ abase mentality in which upper management tries to afflict on workers.

Pros

It's great if you enjoy fast pace, being timed on your route, using your memory, and being social with the neighborhood you deliver to.

Cons

No family life, no movement upward or extra hours if working in a smaller post office. You could drive upwards to 50 miles away randomly and without any choice.
