Pros

When you get done with your route you can go home. That’s the only benefit Once your full time you get good retirement

Cons

Work outside in the weather Dogs will attack you You are constantly tracked by the scanner (no path deviations, no talking to customers, have sampling requests) Imagine carrying 20lbs and walking 12-13 miles 6 days a week. No benefits for the first two years You’ll top out in pay after 15 years

Pros

Pay was decent. Practically free exercise. All the overtime you want.

Cons

Management was pretty awful, feels like they are trained to be monsters.

Pros

Good pay (IF/when they give you the hours)

Cons

Management stinks. They prioritize speed of delivery over wellness and adaptation of their coworkers and the people they are above. Training is better than it was, but still lacking. Would be super appreciative if we got new managers and people who gave a crap about the people working under them.
