Pros

Easy job if you're put in priority. I wasn't on the automated machines. People Are Nice

Cons

For the amount of work the pay kind of sucks Temporary - They tell you that if you do a great job they'll let you stay but as soon as the holiday season is over they will fire you no matter how good you do. Packages are a little heavy

Pros

The hours are quite compatible to having a family, going to school, or having other outside interests. You are your own team. Success or failure depends on you.

Cons

One can work there for years and not move upwards in the company. Full time status and/or benefits very hard to come by.

Pros

The benefits and salary are good compared to my peers. The work life balance is pretty easy to maintain. It is a low stress job.

Cons

The bureaucracy is ridiculous. The work hours are not optimal since most of the operations occur at night. The unions are strong and it is difficult to drive efficiencies when no one wants to take ownership and there is no incentive to become more productive.
