Pros

-Once you leave the office you're on your own and don't have managers hovering (Unless they try and call you, which they're not supposed to be doing) -Good benefits after you become regular, though this can take many many years

Cons

-Absolutely no work-life balance - Stressful and toxic environment -Schedule changes all the time, last minute and you're expected to deal with it -Lack of good management
