Toxic, incompetent management and leadership. You cant make up some of the situations and experiences that occur. No "troop welfare" what so ever, supervisors only care about themselves. If you're part of the "click" you will be taken care of, otherwise you're SOL.

There is an absolute lack of leadership in this agency. Managers are promoted based on how willing they are to prioritize this job above their family. For instance, and agent willing to live halfway across the country from his family on a temporary duty assignment for 18 months will undoubtedly be promoted. This agent, now a manager, will not be able to understand his subordinates' desires to have a work/life balance and time devoted to family because this manager in no way values his family. After 10 years in this agency, I saw very few managers who were not divorced and had positive family relationships. Management is the problem with this agency, and the reason why one agent quits every two days.
