Pros

This job can be exactly what you make of it. On any given day you can be a part of historic events or you can not get involved and just show up for the paycheck. Secure employment.

Cons

Usual government trends. Someone who started on the same day as you and is a below average worker will make the same as you do - encouraging average effort. Untalented personnel end up in charge, etc...

Once a great place to work, but things have changed.

Pros

It was a pleasure to come to work everyday, and to work with people knowing that you are making a difference in someones life today.

Cons

Over the last couple of years, the company has stop giving employee raises and the concern of the wellbeing of its employees became second rate to everything else. The racial indifference and discrimination at Westminster was something carried over from the South during the Civil War.
