Very family oriented, safe and secure environment. Management has open door policy. Good benefits. Family owned. Variety of Jobs and promotions from within.

Cons

Lay-offs frequently. Very small pieces to work with occasionally. When work is not slow, frequent overtime. Management is hard to deal with.
