Frustrating

Pros

Pay is weekly. Good schedule. Stable.

Cons

It is a smoke and mirrors show. Friends and family get jobs/keep that they cannot do. Bullying is horrible, known to HR, and overlooked by management. Dead end, no matter how hard you work it seems that it is hard to move up in the company, unless you know someone. A lot of jobs with the company are not posted, they just pick people internally that they want and move them into positions without opening the job up to everyone. They "make up" jobs for people and never post them for other applicants. It is very frustrating considering how hard people work. Some employees are so hateful of the company that they go in the bathrooms and clog up the toilets, write profanity on the walls, and just destroy things. A lot of unhappy employees.

Pros

Benefits are fair. Allow you to walk around the facility for exercise. The cafe isn't bad. Some departments seem good to work in. Most of the plant is climate controlled. It is clean.

Cons

It seems like you are stuck doing the same thing over and over in some of the departments. I expected a variety
