Pros

Been with the company better than 3 years. It has been a great company to work for. They are family based and think of family first. There are not too many companies left like this one. I plan to retire from here. The first I have felt settled in a company.

Cons

Hard for advancement and pay increases above the yearly for those that work on site and not in the corporate office.
