Pros

As a USAC employee, and starting off as a service tech. I have not worked with a company that promotes this much growth within its organization. By far USAC is the as the top of compression when it comes to training, promotions, and safety.

Cons

Haven't seen any so far with the company!!

Team is great, understanding and also caring, which is hard to find. Everyone is reachable when you need them.

Not that I can think right away, but I have been working for about 2 yrs now, so if there was something I should have thought about it already. :)
