Respect. Great pay and benefits. Solid leadership in the gas compression industry. Great people who work safe and smart for customers and each other.

Very few cons. People work hard and have a good work life balance.

Pros

Great benefits, nice company party's, nice equipment and trucks. Uniforms are provided and laundered. All supplies are provided for the job. Never had to purchase out of pocket.

Cons

No chance to advance, management only hires buddy's, all management is a do as I say not as I do.
