Great Upper Management and colleagues with great vision for making our job more effective and effiicient.

Cons

IT Management makes decisions in a vacuum without effectively communicating with team members that caused more job security for them than any benefit for our department or company. They seem to have very high turnover of technical staff, which contributes to more issues.
