Pros

USA Compression offers many generous benefits (Dental, Vision and Medical). The organizational structure is traditional, but culture and environment is very welcoming. Every employee is quick to introduce themselves and offer a helping hand to new employees.

Cons

It is hard to think of cons when all the employees are respectful and hard-workers.
