I am finding excellent support and resources. Makes my job a lot easier. Most companies only lend lip service to training but here it is an important part of the manager's job to provide it.

Cons

I have not found any negatives. The company provides the resources and support needed.

USA Mortgage is large enough to offer all the products and technology yet small enough to Navigate and make positive changes as market conditions change. I’ve never worked for another company let alone mortgage company that has the level of transparency we have.

Cons

Limited product offering for Dr Loans.
