Worst mortgage job ever! LOs run the place and if there is a problem file the owners say do it we will sell as a scratch and dent. No clue how this company is still in business with the crap loans they generate

the most dysfunctional place I ever worked. everyone taught the same job duties to one person and everyone taught different duties and how to do work!!! Ugh!!!! run from here asap!!!!!!!!
