      - Awesome coworkers on my team - Company culture encouraged knowledge sharing and diversity of thought - Interesting work (something different every day) - Unlimited PTO assuming you could keep on top of the work pile (good luck) - Big company (Lots of things you can do / fulfill)

      - Total Compensation was significantly under market value - Heavy outsourcing to offshore teams - Few opportunities for advancement - Poor 401k match / expensive healthcare - Big company (Big ships move slowly)
