      Good people but No Direction; Dying Industry

      Good co-workers and reasonable work life balance, interesting challenges in a dying industry

      Layoffs are constant and ongoing. There is no direction from leadership. There is no "Data driven" analytics, just doing what sticks and no real strategy or initiative. Lackluster onboarding and no processes around engineering and project management (due to laying off people and doing more with less). Management expects one person to do the job of 3 people (manager directly told me this). No JD given nor clear expectations on performance reviews. This will probably get a standard reply from HR (like some other reviews) but nothing will ever change, nor happen.
