They prey on students fresh out of college to drive down wages and get malleable and uninformed employees. Stay away. There are many problems and no opportunities for advancement or raises. They are offering $300 bonuses to employees to recruit new employees, do not be swayed by sweet words. In the last year they have lost nearly half of their Graphic Artists due to the terrible work conditions.
