Good management if you like your manager remote work flexible schedule decent benefits
Cons
no room for growth no salary increases after 3 years cutting spending of clients effects your income they change the rules everyday they roll out products that dont work you could be a top performer and they will somehow use that against you high turnover - have had an entirely new team every year because they cant keep anyone unobtainable goals capped commissions monthly (can only make so much in a month and it's less than 5k total possible no matter if you make it 125% to goal so take that in)
