Pros

USAN is full of very bright motivated people. The management is great, I have never been micromanaged on anything I have done, and I really appreciate that, they are all very goal oriented and are fine with whatever you do to get there. In the past year there has been a great push for documenting processes as well as automating repeatable human tasks. My favorite thing about USAN is they have embraced the cloud, and are moving full force to design future projects around cloud best practices.

Cons

No retirement matching. Most chairs are old, falling apart and generally uncomfortable.

Pros

Good pay and good people to work with Flexible and no micro-management

Cons

Terrible communication skills from management down No structure or processes in place ie. KPI's, goals, commission plan This is a software company that is technology focused not sales & marketing focused AT ALL. Nothing is in writing when implemented or changed.. all verbal agreements so beware

Pros

Great and very smart people.

Cons

Upper management is clueless and not qualified for the role. Management style is to keep everyone in the dark. Little work life balance. The only recognition is when a mistake is made. No chance or path to advance.
