Pros

Laid-back work environment. Kind, professional colleagues and managers. Regular 9-5 hours. Competitive salary and full benefits. Achievable company goals. Reasonable day-to-day expectations.

Cons

Very few if any. I’ve been with the company 4 years and it’s easy to get into a groove and go with it.

Pros

There’s almost too many pros to list…. The people are fantastic. Everyone from my coworkers to the highest level execs are phenomenal, intelligent, talented people. The pay is great and hard work is rewarded. Company events are always fun. We’re like one big family here.

Cons

Change does take a while to happen here. There’s some upsides to that, but for those who are impatient like me, it can feel like nothing is ever happening.

Pros

A company that requires that you work hard to advance upward. There are no handouts at USAN. We’re a meritocracy – EVERYTHING is based on performance. Good work ethic will carry you far. It can get a little competitive at times, but that’s just the nature of the game.

Cons

Communication from upper management needs to be better.
