Pros

My experience at USAN was A+ for almost 5 years! You’d think because I no longer work there that I came on here to rag on the place and talk about all the things I hated about working there, but the truth is I loved working there. I left because it was time for me to leave. I got a job offer than excited me and I knew it was the right thing for me. Management hated to see me go and they told me so, but I was ready for a new challenge. I wish them nothing but the best and I’m so grateful to have had such an incredible 4 years with this company.

Pros

Nice people, company parties, volunteer opportunities, company phone/computer and they have real offices (with doors!)

Cons

Little growth trajectory. The ceiling is low in certain positions like project management. No annual/formal review sessions. You get what you get.
