Coworkers are great and management for my department is wonderful. No micromanaging and flexible work schedule.

Cons

Pay and benefits could be much improved. Can be overworked at times and forced to wear many hats.

The HR at least tried to give a good rate for a season nurse. They are unionized, but the union is not very strong.

Cons

Patients suffer due to staff shortage and doctors malpractice
