Pros

USDM is an amazing place to work if you are a career driven individual that loves a fast-paced work environment. There are many opportunities for growth within your desired career. Supportive managers that are quick to implement new technology to make work more efficient and enjoyable. They never hesitate to invest in the tools that we need to do our job the best way that we can. USDM provides robust benefit plans and the ability to work remotely has always been a plus for me as well.

We appreciate your review and are happy you are enjoying your work colleagues and the freedom to work from home. USDM understands that the increasing burden of health costs effect their employees. We strive to offer premium medical plans and negotiates renewal rates below the average for like-sized companies. USDM offers free retirement planning and while USDM doesn't match, we encourage our employees to take advantage of the tax benefits that a 401k offers.
