Pros

USI truly cares about their employees. The five Board members are very approachable and want to help you succeed in your career. USI is a collaborative environment and a growing engineering firm but still feels like a small family firm. The profit sharing plan is hard to beat and way better than any 401K plan.

Cons

There are no cons to working at USI.

Pros

USI profit sharing is nice for the employees along with the paid training and company trucks. My department head cares about what we do and is involved in our jobs and making sure we have everything we need for the job.

Cons

The drive time to alot of jobsite is very detrimental at times. Alot of the drive times are 1 hour plus.
