Ok, but needs to get into the 21st Century

Pros

Good benefits, nice people. Plenty of free parking! Some autonomy but it is hampered at times by too many layers of management.

Cons

Too much micromanaging, pay needs to be commensurate with the position and the technology needs to be upgraded into the 21st Century.
