      Pros

      People are professional, friendly and very supportive. I have a team of other admins that I can glean from which is a great help especially while getting acclimated to my role. Benefits are great! They offer two different options for health insurance. The culture is positive and encouraging. USI has great programs like USI Gives Back which supports local non-profit organizations, animal shelters, and environmental beautification and restoration projects.

      I had to acclimate quickly.

      I am in the Career Track EB program in Dallas and it has been a great way to transition into corporate. They are really looking for people who are motivated by continuous learning and show initiative. Good pay. Awesome management! They still invest in DEI which is nice

      Can't think of any, I have been here for 2 months and so far everyone is great.
