      Good job, good work life balance

      Cons

      Went barely trained for months so there wasn’t much I could do unfortunately. A lot of pressure from upper management to meet goals, but unable to meet them without full training. Manager was stretched too thin. They need a set training coordinator to allow more time for learning.
