The individual teams and team members are great to work with.
Cons
The lack of control that Office Management has is disappointing. It seems that every decision made comes from a higher up that is not in the office and doesn’t understand how the Atlanta office is run. Very little guidance for employees. It is very much a company that focuses on profits and not the day to day people that can help achieve those profits.
