Pros
The people that work at USI are amazing, hard working and always willing to help. The office location is nice. Great schedule and flexibility
Cons
It’s feels like our operations teams is drowning in work. We’ve lost more than a handful of really great Am’s with years of experience and it’s becoming apparent that USI is in no rush to fill these positions . We’ve got to make do with what we have but Accounts can only be re-assigned and moved so often. It’s to a point where it’s hard to prioritize and I’m not sure that necessary quality & care is being afforded to each client/account.
