      Best in class training (yes some of it boring and redundant with the amount of experience I have, but there are a lot of positives. ) Great leadership that is hands on, helping you close deals, open doors, and leverage your experience Truly feel they are helping me grow Some metrics to hit that are normal KPIS but less micro managey than other firms I've worked for by a long shot A lot of trust and confidence given by Practice Leaders Team is fun with peer accountability, competition and camaraderie

      There are a LOT of resources provided - so it seems like every other week something new is being rolled out. Hard to keep up with
