Pros
Good sales culture and great people to work with.
Cons
We have to be in the office 100% of the time. I have been in outside sales for 12 plus years and this is the only place that has forced me to be in the office everyday. Also, there is more focus on first appointments than on actually closing business... I am going to peak (type of presidents club) and feel like I am failing because I don't have enough first appointments each month. Tech stack for employees feels like its 2008 here. Very little sales enablement or tools to make our job more efficient.
