      Pros

      Culture has been amazing, honestly to good to be true but it is true. Everyone from the CEO down to the support staff is helpful and willing to help at the drop of a hat. Everyone is accessible and often heard from. Plenty of transparency think glass house mentality. If you're in insurance and want to have a career track that will give you a lot of power to help people and grow your own book of business with great compensation and tons of support, then look no further.
