Refusal to hire experienced assistants and as a result accounts are in constant crisis without an adequate base leaving mid to higher level employees scrambling to act in multiple positions to maintain client satisfaction. Falls into the single biggest insurance trap of making high performing producers or just the longest standing producers leadership. Get rid of the toxic leadership. Attitudes and joy within the job have fallen continually over my tenure here as employees are asked to do more and more without appreciation or compensation...but the worst is the refusal to acknowledge that understaffing and refusal to backfill lost employees positions is a problem that impacts all.

You are overworked without the proper compensation - it is not competitive. There is no work-life balance during busy seasons and overtime is mandatory. Upper management has a high tolerance for producers being disrespectful towards analysts with no consequences for repeat offenders. Expectations are unreasonable during busier times with inconsistent enforcement of boundaries that support analysts.
